Each tenant pays a pro rata share of these expenses based on the square footage they lease. Brixmor estimates these charges and bills them monthly. At year-end, actual costs are compared to the amounts collected. If expenses were higher than expected, such as heavier than normal snow removal, tax changes, or insurance adjustments, a reconciliation invoice is issued. If actual costs are lower, a credit may be applied. These charges are outlined in your lease.
