Westridge Court & Block 59 - Phase I
Chicago CBSA
A new restaurant and entertainment district featuring The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, Stan’s Donuts, and more across nearly two acres of open community space. Additional upgrades to Westridge Court, including landscaping, signage, lighting, and improved pedestrian and vehicular flow, enhance the overall merchandising mix and visitor experience.

Wynnewood Village - Phase IV
Dallas CBSA
Phase IV brings a new 111K sq ft Target and remerchandises existing anchor space to accommodate a 26K sq ft Burlington. Center upgrades include modernized façades, enhanced landscaping, refreshed signage, and comprehensive parking lot improvements.

Burlington Square I, II & III
Boston CBSA
The redevelopment refreshed the merchandise mix featuring top-tier dining and fitness concepts such as Tatte Bakery & Café, Life Alive, CAVA, YogaSix and Solidcore. Upgrades included façade and sidewalk improvements, new landscaping and stormwater infrastructure, and enhanced common areas, strengthening the center’s appeal within this affluent trade area.

The Davis Collection
Sacramento CBSA
This major transformation reimagined the former University Mall into a modern retail destination, leveraging the existing Trader Joe’s as a cornerstone while partnering with the grocer to complete the redevelopment. Anchored by a new Nordstrom Rack, PetSmart, and Ulta Beauty, the project introduced over 100K sq ft of new retail and dining, including first-to-market tenants, organized around an outdoor community courtyard with extensive site, façade, and pedestrian enhancements and murals by local artists.

Puente Hills Town Center
Los Angeles CBSA
Redevelopment expanded in line spaces to introduce a 20K sq ft ALDI and remerchandised adjacent shops with national retailers including Five Below, Skechers and Bath & Body Works. Center wide improvements to parking and sidewalk infrastructure enhanced both pedestrian and vehicular flow.

Barn Plaza - Phase I
Philadelphia CBSA
Phase I introduced Bucks County’s first Whole Foods Market and a new Barnes & Noble, alongside a newly developed outparcel anchored by First Watch, Chipotle and The Juice Pod. The redevelopment modernized the center’s merchandising mix while delivering a more contemporary and inviting shopping environment.

College Plaza
New York CBSA
The redevelopment transformed former anchor and inline spaces into a 21K sq ft Burlington Stores, 10K sq ft Five Below and 8K sq ft Ulta Beauty, complemented by new outparcels for Chick fil A and Aspen Dental. Additional upgrades, including improved sightlines, new facades, sidewalks, and streamlined access, enhanced overall visibility and traffic flow.

WaterTower Plaza
Boston CBSA
The $11M redevelopment repurposed the former Shaw’s grocery box into a new 46K sq ft grocer, added new storefronts, and remerchandised the former Pier 1 space with an Ulta Beauty and an expanded Five Below. Extensive enhancements, including a full façade renovation, improved signage, new lighting, landscaping and parking, modernized this regional center.

Middletown Plaza

The redevelopment converted a former Walgreens and Party Fair into a 12K sq ft Trader Joe’s and additional retail tenants, supported by refreshed façades and upgraded landscaping and signage. Enhanced traffic flow, modernized common areas and a fully repaved site improved overall shopper experience.

Roosevelt Mall - Phase II

Phase II welcomed Sprouts Farmers Market, JD Sports and KPOT Korean BBQ, along with new outparcel buildings featuring Raising Cane’s, Panda Express and Tous Les Jours. Extensive site upgrades including façade renovations, new sidewalks, landscaping and pedestrian improvements, enhanced access, circulation and overall appeal.

Vail Ranch Center
Riverside CBSA
The redevelopment replaced a former Stein Mart box with a 25K sq ft Burlington Stores, an 11K sq ft Five Below, and the relocation and expansion of the existing Kahoots pet store. Outparcel renovation include retailers relevant to the community, including Carbon Health, Dave's Hot Chicken, and Poki Poki. Additional improvements to inline shops, the roof and the parking lot modernized the center for this affluent suburban market.

Westminster City Center

The addition of an expanded, state-of-the-art Golf Galaxy, Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood Bar, Sola Salon Studios, Petco, Sierra, and additional national retailers enhanced an already strong merchandising mix and positioned the center as the dominant power center in the submarket.

Plymouth Square Shopping Center
Philadelphia CBSA
Transformed 94K sq ft of retail space to add Planet Fitness, Pet Supplies Plus, My Salon Suites, Veterinary Emergency Group and Philadelphia Gymnastics Center to the merchandise mix. With a renovated façade, enhanced landscaping and improved parking and access, the center now offers a more dynamic and diverse tenant lineup.

Dalewood I, II, III Shopping Center
New York CBSA
The redevelopment of Dalewood II transformed former anchor spaces into a mix of national retailers including Ulta Beauty, J.Crew Factory, Barnes & Noble and Paris Baguette. These additions enhanced the merchandising mix and strengthened the center’s position along this high traffic commercial corridor.

Shops at Palm Lakes
Miami CBSA
The project converted the former Kmart into a 41K sq ft LA Fitness and 24K sq ft dd’s Discounts, with new outparcels adding dining and medical tenants such as Chick fil A, Aspen Dental and Habit Burger. Extensive upgrades to facades, stormwater systems, landscaping and lighting enhanced both aesthetics and functionality.

Village at Mira Mesa
San Diego CBSA
The multiphase redevelopment expanded and re tenanted anchor vacancies with Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo!, Michaels and Five Below, along with major interior walkway improvements. Phase II added three new outparcels featuring restaurants and retail, elevating the center’s role within this densely populated community.

Fox Run
Washington CBSA
The former Kmart was reconfigured into four junior anchors, Planet Fitness, Five Below, Ulta Beauty and Ross Dress for Less, alongside three new outparcels for Popeyes, Burger King and Starbucks. Additional façade improvements, landscaping upgrades and enhanced project signage modernized the center and elevated its market presence.

Freedom Square
Naples CBSA
The redevelopment transformed the former Kmart into a Burlington Stores, HomeGoods, Planet Fitness and new small shops, supported by façade and landscaping enhancements. Located in a high growth trade area with strong year round and seasonal populations, the center now averages more than 36,000 weekly visits, a 65% increase year over year. This revitalization underscores the center’s role as a thriving retail hub for both residents and visitors.

Village at Newtown
Philadelphia CBSA
This multi‑phase redevelopment added 60K sq ft of new buildings featuring locally loved restaurants and national retailers, including Ulta Beauty, Harvest Seasonal Grill and Turning Point, complemented by extensive façade renovation. The restored historic Toll House, upgraded public spaces, enhanced signage and new community amenities, including an amphitheater, strengthened the center’s role as a neighborhood gathering place.

Wynnewood Village
Dallas CBSA
The first phase of this multi-stage redevelopment delivered a new 34K sq ft LA Fitness, replacing an outdated office building. Future phases, now underway, will enhance the tenant merchandise mix with new vertical construction, new retail pads, public spaces, façade renovations and additional amenities to reestablish the center as a central community destination.

Roosevelt Mall - Phase I

Phase I replaced a former off-track betting use with a new state-of-the-art LA Fitness and remerchandised adjacent spaces for Oak Street Health. These improvements enhanced the center’s service-oriented offerings and set the stage for a larger expansion and renovation planned in Phase II.

Mamaroneck Centre
New York CBSA
The center was transformed into a vibrant multi-use destination with a remerchandised former A&P grocer now home to CVS/pharmacy and North Shore Farms grocer, supported by new small shops such as Duck Donuts, Orangetheory Fitness and Chipotle. Designed to better integrate with the surrounding community, the project added pedestrian connections and welcoming public facing elements. Situated in an affluent, transit-accessible market, the redevelopment strengthened the center’s alignment with local needs.

Marlton Crossing
Philadelphia CBSA
The redevelopment right sized Burlington Stores to introduce New Jersey’s first Sprouts Farmers Market, establishing a daily needs anchor that boosts consistent visitation. A former outparcel restaurant was transformed into Chickie’s & Pete’s, serving as a new regional draw. Property wide upgrades including façade enhancements, landscaping, amenity improvements and a redesigned entry and parking layout modernized the center and improved functionality.
