Phase II of the redevelopment delivers two new multi‑tenant buildings totaling 22,000 sq ft that further enhance the district’s restaurant, entertainment and event offerings. Building on the success of the previous phase, the project strengthens connectivity across the site while activating the surrounding retail environment.

Roosevelt Mall - Phase III
Philadelphia CBSA
Phase III will introduce a new 37K sq ft multi‑tenant outparcel at the primary entrance, featuring a vibrant mix of restaurants & retailers, including Victoria's Secret, LOFT Outlet & Shake Shack. The project will also remerchandise existing shop space and deliver façade, sidewalk, landscaping, signage and common‑area upgrades consistent with earlier redevelopment phases.

Barn Plaza - Phase II
Philadelphia CBSA
Phase II replaces a former movie theater with 3 new multi-tenant outparcel buildings totaling 46K sq ft, introducing Burton’s Grill & Bar, Shake Shack, Just Salad, Naya, and more. Also delivers center wide upgrades including new lighting, landscaping, signage, and improved pedestrian connectivity.

Pointe Orlando - Phase III
Orlando CBSA
This phase introduces new retailers, including a two‑story 18K sq ft Museum of Ice Cream, along with significant upgrades to façades, landscaping and lighting. Improved public seating areas and pedestrian plazas will enhance connectivity and align the center with earlier redevelopment work.

Wynnewood Village - Phase V
Dallas CBSA
Redevelopment includes a reconfigured 24K sq ft junior anchor space and three new outparcel buildings featuring a QSR, Chipotle, Chase, and Olive Garden. The project also provides upgraded façades, enhanced landscaping, and improved parking areas.

Dalewood I, II & III Shopping Center
New York CBSA
Redevelopment replaces the former Christmas Tree Shops with a new 21K sq ft Sprouts Farmers Market and remerchandises 19K sq ft of small shop space with a focus on restaurant offerings. The project also includes extensive center upgrades such as façade renovations and parking lot reconfiguration.

Rockland Plaza
New York CBSA
Extensive full-center reconfiguration including a new Nordstrom Rack, Burlington Stores, Ann Taylor Factory, 5K sq ft outparcel, and refreshed small shop tenants including Honeygrow and Naya. Additional upgrades include new façades, landscaping, lighting, signage, and more.

Hillcrest Market Place
Spartanburg CBSA
Reconfiguring shop space to accommodate J.Crew Factory, Hallmark, and additional national and boutique retailers. The project also adds a new community courtyard along with façade upgrades and landscaping enhancements to create a more vibrant gathering destination.

Capitol Shopping Center
Concord, NH CBSA
Anchor repositioning to right size Burlington to 23K sq ft and make way for new retailers including Boot Barn, Five Below, and Ulta Beauty. Upgraded façades and enhanced landscaping will further elevate the shopping experience and strengthen the center’s role within the Concord community.

Circle Center
Hilton Head Island CBSA
A new 48K sq ft Publix to replace former BI-LO, alongside reconfigured small‑shop spaces to strengthen the tenant mix. Pedestrian improvements, including new access to a nearby municipal park, further integrate the center into the Hilton Head community.

Sunrise Town Center
Miami CBSA
The transformation of a former fitness center into a new 47K sq ft Publix grocery store in addition to small shop spaces to strengthen the tenant mix.

Preston Park Village
Dallas CBSA
Repositioning of a former grocery box to accommodate a 24K sq ft HomeGoods, a 12.5K sq ft Petco, and additional retail. Center enhancements include modernized façades, expanded amenity spaces, improved circulation, upgraded signage, added landscaping, and an expansion of the Katy Trail Outpost.

Tinley Park Plaza
Chicago CBSA
The reconfiguration of a former grocer into a 22K sq ft Ross Dress for Less, a 9K sq ft Five Below, and additional retailers. The final phase will complete the center’s transformation with modernized façades, new signage, and refreshed lighting, landscaping, and parking improvements.
