Plymouth Square Shopping Center - Conshohocken, PA

Redevelopment and remerchandising of 94K SF in-line and lower-level retail space. Located 12 miles west of Philadelphia, the center features a diverse tenant mix including Planet Fitness, Pet Supplies Plus, and My Salon Suites, alongside upgrades to the façade, parking, landscaping, and access.

Dalewood I, II, III Shopping Center - Hartsdale, NY

Repositioning a former grocer to accommodate multiple retailers at a highly trafficked, open-air center in Westchester County. New retailers include a 10,000-square-foot Ulta Beauty, a 6,200-square-foot J. Crew Factory, a 12,490-square-foot Barnes & Noble, and a 3,000-square-foot Paris Baguette.

Village at Mira Mesa – San Diego, CA

Phase II demolished the 6,000 square foot Firestone and 16,000 square foot outparcel buildings, making room for three new retail and restaurant outparcel buildings.

The Village at Mableton – Mableton, GA

Redevelopment of former Kmart with a 28,000 square foot Burlington Stores, a 22,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less, a 20,000 square foot dd's Discounts, 10,000 square foot Five Below, and additional retailers, plus construction of a +/-2,000 square foot outparcel building with drive-thru and center improvements.

Shops at Palm Lakes – Miami, FL

Redevelopment of former Kmart to make way for multiple retailers including a 41,000 square foot LA Fitness, a 24,000 square foot dd's Discounts plus construction of multi-tenant outparcel developments.

Hillcrest Market Place – Spartanburg, SC

Repurposed a former Stein Mart with a 25,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less and 11,000 square foot Five Below, alongside a new 55,000 square foot Hobby Lobby and additional retail space. Remerchandised and constructed new outparcel buildings, and extensive site upgrades.

Gateway Plaza – Vallejo, CA

Transformation of former Hancock Fabrics with a 13,000 square foot PetSmart plus remerchandising of small space with center and façade enhancements.

Dickson City Crossings – Dickson City, PA

Redevelopment of a former Dick's Sporting Goods and AC Moore into a 41,000 square foot Burlington Store, 19,000 square foot Sierra Trading Post and 20,000 square foot JOANN. Additional transformation underway for the former Pier 1 outparcel into a multi-tenant building with center-wide upgrades including outdoor seating and façade renovations.

Fox Run - Prince Frederick, MD

Repurposed a former Kmart building to accommodate four junior anchor spaces with a Planet Fitness, ULTA Beauty, Five Below and Ross Dress for Less, plus three new outparcel buildings including a Burger King, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Starbucks and Mod Pizza, and extensive site improvements.

Old Bridge Gateway - Old Bridge, NJ

Transformation of a former Modell’s Sporting Goods and three small shop spaces to accommodate a 39,112 square foot grocer. Additional enhancements to parking, exterior façade and overall site improvements.

Tinley Park Plaza - Tinley Park, IL

Full site reinvestment in suburban Chicago including the conversion of long-term vacant space for new Amazon Fresh Grocer and Burlington. Additional new shop space plus façade, lighting, landscaping and parking improvements.

Tyrone Gardens - St. Petersburg, FL

The project demolished 26,000 square feet of underutilized retail space to accommodate new construction of a 19,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness and additional small shop space. The center’s renovation encompassed several improvements such as new façades, sidewalks, landscaping upgrades and pylon improvements.

Venice Village - Venice, FL

Teardown and rebuild of existing Publix anchor with larger prototype. Additional improvements included façade upgrades, parking lot enhancements, updated landscaping and sustainability features such as LED lighting.

Stewart Plaza - Garden City, NY

Infill redevelopment of well-established center with right-sizing of best-in-chain Burlington Stores to accommodate additional anchor Floor & Décor and façade renovation.

Freedom Square - Naples, FL

Redevelopment of former Kmart building into a Burlington Stores, HomeGoods, Planet Fitness and additional small shop space, plus renovations to exterior façade and enhanced landscaping.

Western Hills Plaza - Cincinnati, OH

Transformation of a former 118,000 square foot Sears to accommodate two new junior anchors and several shop spaces. Additional enhancements included a façade renovation, expanded parking area, landscape beautification, and modernized pylon signage.

Village at Newtown - Newtown, PA

Transformation of underserved, suburban center into a vibrant hub for the community with mix of local and national tenants to meet the needs of today’s consumer.

Roseville Center - Roseville, MN

Demolished retail space to accommodate an ALDI and Pet Supplies Plus, reconfigured underutilized small shop space and upgraded the entire center’s façade, parking, sidewalks and lighting.

Collegetown Shopping Center - Glassboro, NJ

Repositioned a former anchor box into grocer and junior anchor space, including addition of three new outparcels and significant site improvements.

Mamaroneck Centre - Mamaroneck, NY

Remerchandised former freestanding A&P grocery store with prototype CVS/pharmacy and regional gourmet grocer North Shore Farms and added 12,000 square feet of new retail space.

Marlton Crossing - Marlton, NJ

Full property renovation including the addition of New Jersey’s first Sprouts Farmers Market and locally favored restaurant Chickie’s and Pete’s, plus façade uplift, landscaping upgrade and parking field modifications.

Park Hills Plaza - Altoona, PA

Repositioned a dark Toys “R” Us into a new prototype Burlington located in the heart of Altoona’s retail corridor.

Roosevelt Mall - Philadelphia, PA

Redevelopment of former off-track betting establishment with a ground-up build for LA Fitness, plus remerchandising of adjacent space for primary care provider Oak Street Health.

Wynnewood Village - Dallas, TX

Replaced an office building and small shop space with a ground-up build for LA Fitness.

The Shops at Riverhead - Riverhead, NY

Ground-up development of a 42-acre parcel situated at the gateway to The Hamptons to accommodate Costco, PetSmart, Marshalls / HomeGoods, HomeSense and Ulta Beauty.

Park Shore Plaza - Naples, FL

Full property renovation to accommodate a curated retail mix, including Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, HomeGoods, Burlington Stores and Yard House. Site densification included the addition of individual retail and multi-tenant outparcel buildings.

Preston Ridge - Frisco, TX

Redevelopment of a former Gatti Town Pizza with Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store and addition of newly constructed Nordstrom Rack.
