Creating Value in Evesham

CEO Jim Taylor travels to the Philadelphia area to introduce the Brixmor team that transformed Marlton Crossing into a vibrant open-air grocery-anchored center that better serves Evesham. The team created value for shoppers as well as stakeholders by downsizing Burlington, adding New Jersey's first Sprouts Farmers Market and locally favored restaurant Chickie's & Pete's, bringing in new service-oriented uses and additional square footage for retailers seeking a foothold in this desirable market.
