Phase II redevelopment of former Walt's grocer and adjacent space with a 22,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less, a 9,000 square foot Five Below and additional retail.

Barn Plaza, Doylestown, PA

Comprehensive redevelopment to accommodate a Whole Foods Market and Barnes & Noble, alongside an 8,000-square-foot multi-tenant outparcel building including First Watch, Chipotle and additional retail options.

Redevelopment of former Kmart with a 28,000 square foot Burlington Stores, a 22,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less, a 20,000 square foot dd's Discounts, 10,000 square foot Five Below, and additional retailers, plus construction of a +/-2,000 square foot outparcel building with drive-thru and center improvements.

Hillcrest Market Place, Spartanburg, SC

Repurposed a former Stein Mart with a 25,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less and 11,000 square foot Five Below, alongside a new 55,000 square foot Hobby Lobby and additional retail space. Remerchandised and constructed new outparcel buildings, and extensive site upgrades.

Shops at Palm Lakes, Miami, FL

Redevelopment of former Kmart to make way for multiple retailers including a 41,000 square foot LA Fitness, a 24,000 square foot dd's Discounts plus construction of multi-tenant outparcel developments.
