The Village at Mableton is a 229,013 square foot open-air shopping center with a strong lineup of national retailers including Michaels, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Dollar Tree, Cato and Planet Fitness.
The redevelopment has brought significant enhancements to the center, including the transformation of the former Kmart space into a 28,000 square foot Burlington Stores, a 22,000 square foot Ross Dress for Less, a 20,000 square foot dd's Discounts, and a 10,000 square foot Five Below, alongside additional retailers. A 2,000-square-foot outparcel building with drive-thru capability is in process to further expand our offerings.
Extensive improvements to the center have been completed including façade renovations with architectural and column enhancements, parking lot improvements, upgraded landscaping features, and the installation of new lighting and signage.
