It's only Phase 1 and looks great

We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to convert Village at Mira Mesa to the top asset of this San Diego submarket. Phase 1 of this redevelopment included the re-tenanting/expansion of an anchor tenant vacancy with Sprouts Farmers Market, BevMo!, Michaels Stores and Five Below, remodel and façade improvement of the interior “Village Walk”, as well as an outparcel development.
