Creating Value in Mira Mesa

Brixmor CEO Jim Taylor travels to Southern California to the Village at Mira Mesa to introduce the team that set up years of growth and value creation through reinvestment in this open air shopping center. The transformation includes the addition of Sprouts Farmers Market and other key retailers, outdoor dining, gathering areas and a children’s play area, densifying with outparcels, and sustainability improvements including solar panels. Regional President Matt Berger, Construction Project Manager Lysa Solano and Restauranteurs Tuan Nguyen with Little Sakana and Quan Le with Little Sakana share how this project happened and the community’s response.
