Summer of Service

BRX gives back

This summer was a season of service. At Brixmor, every employee receives two paid service days annually to give back to causes that matter to them. This summer, many of our team members embraced the opportunity volunteering at animal shelters, food banks, fundraisers, and foundations across the country. From the Chicago office lending a hand at Loaves & Fishes Community Services to the Orlando team supporting Second Harvest Food Bank, our people showed up with heart, purpose, and a commitment to community. We’re proud of the impact our employees made and grateful to be part of a culture that encourages service beyond the workplace.
