Honey harvested from ATL property beehives

We’re still buzzing from our recent beehive project in the Atlanta market! Bees are integral to the health of our local ecosystem. With the help from a local beekeeper, Ed Morgan, we harvested honey from 19 different properties’ beehives (kept on rooftops and in greenspaces). The harvest yielded more than 10 gallons of honey! We jarred the collected honey and passed the jars out to our local tenants. A special thanks to David Carpio, Stefanie Martin, Karmen Blackwell and Stephan Parms-White who helped make this possible!
