Team Roswell's Outreach in Bay County

Continuing to connect with the communities we serve, Team Roswell assembled 100 care packages to be distributed by Doorways of Northwest FL, the non-profit Continuum of Care serving Bay County, FL, during the national Point in Time Count (PIT). Bay County is home to two Brixmor Properties that recovered from the devastating effects of Hurricane Michael in 2018; Panama City Square and 23rd Street Station. Along with sponsoring a pop-up event space for Doorways of NWFL, these care packages will help obtain a more accurate census of those experiencing homelessness in the local area. This annual PIT count is required by HUD and integral for non-profits to apply for funding, grants, and federal housing assistance, and will make a positive impact within the local community. Shout out to Karmen Blackwell, Senior Property Manager, for organizing this impactful event. To learn more about the #BRXlife and to apply to join the team visit the links below.
