The Plaza at Buckland Hills is a ~304,000 SF grocery-anchored regional center located immediately adjacent to Brixmor’s The Manchester Collection in Manchester, Connecticut, and along the largest retail node in the market. The center attracts an estimated 7.8M+ annual visits and expands Brixmor’s presence in the Hartford market to four properties, aggregating approximately 574,000 square feet. The Plaza at Buckland Hills is anchored by leading national retailers such as Trader Joe’s, Marshalls, and Total Wine & More.

North Ridge Shopping Center is a ~171,000 SF grocery-anchored community center in north Raleigh, North Carolina. The center is anchored by Harris Teeter and is located along the major retail corridor in an affluent and densely populated market.
