The $35M reinvestment is set to be completed in 2025 and will give the center a whole new look and feel: New Anchors: HomeGoods and Petco backfilled a former grocery box Modern Facades: Fresh, clean finishes to enhance visibility to tenant signage and storefronts Improved Circulation: Reconfigured parking field and entrance to drive better safety and flow. Upgraded Landscaping & Signage: New greenery and signage to beautify the space. New Tenants: Alchemy 43, Semper Laser, Happy Beauty, Bath & Body Works, Kohler Signature Store, Snooze A.M.
