HomeGoods & Petco join Preston Park Village

Maria Pace, VP, Marketing, visited the newly transformed Preston Park Village, a vibrant center strategically located in the high-traffic retail hub at the intersection of Preston Rd & Park Blvd in Plano, TX. The redevelopment is centered around the repositioning of a former grocery box to accommodate a 24,000 SF HomeGoods, a 12,500 SF Petco, and additional retail space. Other renovations include an expansion of the Katy Trail Outpost, improvements to pedestrian and vehicular circulation, added landscaping, new monument and directional signage, along with new amenity spaces for patrons.
