Smart Irrigation at Mansell Crossing

Charles Riffert, Director of Property Management, takes us on a landscaping journey at Mansell Crossing in Alpharetta, GA. By installing drought-tolerant plants and smart irrigation, Brixmor enhances the look and feel of our shopping centers. Smart irrigation controls the water usage based on soil, weather and plants and alerts employees if there is something awry. Last year at Mansell Crossing, this smart irrigation system helped us reduce water consumption by 34%.
