CEO Jim Taylor introduces the Brixmor team that transformed Mamaroneck Centre in Westchester County, NY from a tired A&P box into a vibrant neighborhood center with a specialty grocer North Shore Farms, a national pharmacy and 12,000 square feet of restaurants, services and other businesses, supporting the township's goal of a transit-oriented development. Redevelopment VP Marc Newman, Regional VP Leasing Nick Andreadis, North Shore Farms General Manager Jimmy Mamais and Duck Donuts Owner Bonnie Foncello share how this project happened and the community's response.
