From Dark Box to Vibrant Center

CEO Jim Taylor introduces the Brixmor team that transformed Mamaroneck Centre in Westchester County, NY from a tired A&P box into a vibrant neighborhood center with a specialty grocer North Shore Farms, a national pharmacy and 12,000 square feet of restaurants, services and other businesses, supporting the township's goal of a transit-oriented development.
