Local artist enhances Island Plaza

Drawing inspiration from the locals! During renovations at Island Plaza in James Island, SC, Senior Property Manager David Carpio recognized an opportunity to connect the center with the local community. David contacted local award-winning artist Bryan MacGregor to turn a barren wall of the center into a masterpiece. The vibrant mural pays homage to the center’s location in South Carolina’s “Lowcountry.” The recent center renovations also included updated facades, new tenant signage, upgraded lighting, landscaping enhancements and more.
