ICSC NY 2024

What a way to wrap up the 2024 trade shows!

The team gathered together in NY to meet with our retail partners and pen a few end-of-the-year deals.

We were also well represented on the NY ICSC panels:

•  Mark Horgan, EVP, Chief Investment Officer, sat down with Colliers’s El Warner for Retail Investment Outlook 2025. Together, they delved into the current retail investment landscape and shared the strategies shaping the future.

•  Tonya Creekmore, SVP, National Accounts, joined peers for the panel Drugstore Deserts. This session addressed the challenges posed by the recent wave of drugstore closures and delved into the significant impact on public health, local economies, and consumer behavior. They also explored potential strategies for revitalizing affected areas through innovative retail solutions and community partnerships.
