The BRX leadership team from across the country gathered in Orlando, FL, for the 2025 Huddle, a conference dedicated to collaboration, learning, and growth. This event brought together all departments to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and work collectively toward achieving One Brixmor. Through engaging presentations and dynamic roundtable discussions, the team explored innovative solutions to support one another and drive success. The team also had the opportunity to visit Pointe Orlando’s redevelopment site, experiencing firsthand the exciting progress and even sampling some of the new restaurants.
