BRX employees honor Black History at ERG

To honor Black History Month this year, the Employee Resource Group (ERG) hosted their second event of the year with more than 350 Brixmor attendees. Attendees discussed the origins of Black History Month, as well as their own personal stories and experiences. Curated by the DEI Leadership Council, each Brixmor office now has a library of books c that employees can borrow, read and learn about a variety of topics related to Black History.
