The Davis Collection marks a major transformation in Davis, CA, just west of Sacramento and steps from UC Davis, a campus with over 52,000 students and faculty. Formerly University Mall, this property was underinvested and ill-configured for today’s retailers.

We worked closely with the City of Davis to completely reimagine the site, demolishing the 92K SF mall and creating a vibrant new center of the community. The Davis Collection now features over 100K SF of retail and dining, anchored by Trader Joe’s and complemented by first-to-market tenants including Nordstrom Rack, Ulta Beauty, J.Crew Factory, PetSmart, Mendocino Farms, The Melt, and Calicraft Brewery.
