The Brixmor team has done an incredible job with the transformation of Cudahy Plaza in Los Angeles. On the heels of a successful first phase of the redevelopment, phase two included backfilling a former Big Lots box with Sprouts Farmers Market – with a grand opening next week on February 16! Phase one of the redevelopment, completed in 2021, brought in Burlington Stores & Chuze Fitness (both ranked in the top 10 most-visited locations in the state of California in 2023) replacing a former Kmart box.
