Matt Ryan, EVP, President, South, is a big fan of these quarterly gatherings: “Once a quarter our leasing reps, property managers, and construction team walk the properties together for an owners meeting. The goal of these meetings is to share feedback from tenants and vendors, provide updates on budgets, discuss property improvements, and changes in the market. The team speaks regularly, but this meeting forces them to get on site together, slow down, and strategize about ways to improve the properties.
