We strive to set our tenants up for success. Part of this is building a strong relationship with retail brands. Recently, Evie Gross, Director, National Accounts, held a virtual portfolio review with Xponential Fitness. During this time, they were able to go through more than 100 opportunities in the Brixmor portfolio where Xponential has active franchisees and connect our regional leasing teams with the appropriate dealmakers. She used Zoom breakout rooms to facilitate live deal making in all of the regions simultaneously! She credits the success of the event to the active participation of the entire leasing team.
