Coastal Tenant Tour

South Property Manager David Carpio recently did a property tour of his coastal properties to hand out Brixmor-themed whiteboards. Each board has his contact information and quick reference links for tenants to submit maintenance requests, pay rent and renew their lease. Some of the tenants posed for pictures with the board highlighting what they are looking forward to most this summer. Such a great, inventive idea, David!
