A great way to add additional value to our shopping centers is by densifying the property with outparcels. At Capitol Shopping Center, located within walking distance from downtown Concord, NH, we added three outparcel buildings and brought in dynamic tenants such as 110 Grill, Playa Bowls, Starbucks & more.
