What does a day in the life of a Facility Manager look like? A recent BRX Connect group found out! As part of Brixmor’s ongoing commitment to cross-functional learning and professional development, a team of employees utilized the BRX Connect benefit and traveled to Park Shore Plaza in Naples, FL to experience the daily responsibilities of a Facility Manager firsthand. The visit offered a unique opportunity to: • Explore another real estate function through immersive, on-the-ground learning • Strengthen relationships by working side by side with colleagues from across the country • Gain perspective on how work is handed off and carried forward across teams Participants included Jonathan Colton, Sally Rio, Kaitlyn Pufnock, Evan Lake, and Jason Vipperman, all of whom walked away with new insights and a deeper appreciation for the operational side of Brixmor’s business.
