These acquisitions complement our existing 15 assets in the market and were acquired below replacement cost, at attractive pricing relative to recent comparable sales, and feature many tenants performing at the top of their respective store fleets nationally, while paying below market rents. West U Marketplace is located in Houston, Texas. The 60K SF grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located across the street from our Braes Heights property and West regional office in a very dense and affluent submarket of Houston.
