At every Q1 All Employee Call, we reflect on the previous year and celebrate a few special employees. The Tony Deering Award of Excellence was awarded to Miriam Velez, Director, Property Management, for her leadership and positive impact she has had on Brixmor. The Find A Better Way Award was given to Zach Fox, Manager, GIS, for his contributions in Market Research. The Suzanne Cadden-Christman Memorial Leasing Award went to Josh Durigan, Sr. Leasing Representative, for closing the most small shop deals. The Robert DeLizzio Award was earned by Nick Grabowski, National Accounts Specialist, for his “can do” attitude and strong work ethic. Congratulations to all of the winners!
