To support our strategy to build critical mass in retail submarkets, drive growth and create value, we are excited to announce the acquisitions of five shopping centers. Pawleys Plaza is a 120k SF Publix, Petco & T.J. Maxx-anchored center located in Pawleys Island, SC. We also added the 307k SF Granada Shoppes to our portfolio in Naples, FL. Anchored by Trader Joe’s, Hobby Lobby & Marshalls, this center is the company’s 49 th asset in Florida and the 6 th in the Naples market. We acquired two additional centers in Roswell, GA, increasing our Atlanta-area asset count to 24. King’s Market is a 281k SF Publix-anchored center, and directly across the street is Connexion, a 108k SF Planet Fitness-anchored center. Brea Gateway, a 182k SF Ralphs-anchored center in Brea, CA finishes off our list of recent acquisitions.
