Pointe Orlando

Phase II of the redevelopment builds on the success of Phase I renovations by improving connectivity throughout the center, adding new gathering spaces, creating a distinctive sense of place, incorporating artistic experiential elements and increasing tenant visibility. 

This phase will introduce a new valet access road and a third valet canopy featuring a glass overhang, column-up lighting and signage, allowing guests to wait undercover for their vehicles.  The new road can also be closed for outdoor festivals, food trucks, and events. A new gathering space will be established in the center’s secondary area, featuring turf, colorful seating, playful shade structures, a large format digital display and upscale lighting. The overall project will include additional façade improvements and dramatic lighting in lieu of standard functional lighting, new wayfinding signage, upgraded landscaping, environmental graphics and site amenities.
