Redevelopment, reconfiguration, and rebranding of the shopping center including demolition  of an underutilized two-story building will make way for a vibrant restaurant and entertainment district with an event plaza, created through the construction of multiple outparcels and rebranded as Block 59  Elevating the dining options at adjoining Westridge Court, the open-air project will include The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, and Stan’s Donuts, alongside additional multi-tenant outparcels with Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk, First Watch, Velvet Taco, Crisp & Green, and Fresh Fin.

This redevelopment, located just minutes from Downtown Naperville, will offer approximately 82,500 square feet of premier dining and entertainment space, enhancing adjacent Westridge Court’s 680,000 square feet of shopping options, including The Fresh Market, Bath & Body Works, Hollywood Palms Cinema, World Market, and Painted Tree Boutiques. With upgraded landscaping, signage, lighting, and improved pedestrian and vehicular circulation, Block 59, along with Westridge Court, will become a neighborhood destination for the Naperville community.
