Retail Shopping Center in Dallas, Texas
Wynnewood Village is a 65-acre shopping center in the heart of Dallas, originally constructed in the 1950’s. This multi-phased redevelopment will revitalize and restore the center as a valued community gathering space. For the completed first phase of the project, the ground-up build of a 34,000-square-foot LA Fitness replaced a former office building and small shop space.
Future phases to include vertical construction, additional retail buildings, façade remodel, public spaces, signage and backfilling spec spaces with new pad buildings along Illinois Avenue.
