Surrounded by an affluent population, the area is surrounded by an affluent population with an average household income of $123,000 within 3 miles.

The redevelopment has transformed the center by replacing  a former Stein Mart box with a 25,000-square-foot Burlington, an 11,000-square-foot Five Below and the relocation and expansion of the existing Kahoots pet store to a 10,000-square-feet space. Outparcel renovation include retailers relevant to the community, including a 3,000-square-foot Carbon Health, a 2,000 square foot Dave's Hot Chicken, and a 1,000-square-foot Poki Poki.  Inline shop spaces have been remerchandised to add 7,000-square-feet of additional retail. Additional upgrades were made to the roof and parking lot.
