Anchored by Winn-Dixie, this Southwest Florida open-air center is located at the high-trafficked intersection of Tyrone Blvd. and 58th St. in St. Petersburg, visible to more than 28,000 vehicles daily. Other national retailers include Big Lots & Chuck E. Cheese’s.
The project demolished 26,000 square feet of underutilized retail space to accommodate new construction of a 19,000-square-foot Crunch Fitness and additional small shop space. The center’s renovation encompassed several improvements such as new façades, sidewalks, landscaping upgrades and pylon improvements.
