Roosevelt Mall is a 472,000-square-foot open-air regional center located on 36 acres at the crossroads of Cottman Ave and Roosevelt Blvd in northeast Philadelphia. The center is anchored by Macy’s, Ross Dress for Less and LA Fitness and features a strong array of national retailers. Strategically situated in a retail hub of 2M square feet, the center draws from a population of over 306,000 within 112,000 households in a 3-mile radius.
Phase II of the redevelopment introduced key tenants such as Sprouts Farmers Market, JD Sports and KPOT Korean BBQ. Several new peripheral buildings were added bringing exciting new tenants, such as Raising Cane's, Panda Express, and Tous Les Jours to the center.
Additionally, extensive upgrades including renovated facades and sidewalks, fresh landscaping, new pylon signage and extensive common area improvements were completed. Vehicular traffic management and improved pedestrian access were prioritized, along with the implementation of a modern storm water management system, ensuring a more sustainable environmental impact.
