Preston Ridge

The Centre at Preston Ridge is a regionally dominant power center located in the affluent, rapidly growing North Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Frisco, 22 miles north of downtown Dallas.

This redevelopment remerchandised a former Gatti Town Pizza with Macy's Backstage. The second phase recaptured five small shop spaces and adjacent service drive to allow the construction of a 33,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack and landscaped pedestrian courtyard.
