Burlington Stores was rightsized to make room for New Jersey’s first Sprouts Farmers Market, adding an essential retail grocer that drives daily traffic. A former Champ’s Sports Bar, located on an outparcel, was renovated for locally favored restaurant and sports bar Chickie’s and Pete’s, further enhancing the center’s regional draw and serving as a secondary anchor.
Other improvements included property-wide façade uplift, landscape and amenity upgrades, the relocation of the main entry drive and parking field modifications to maximize parking efficiency.
