East Port Plaza

East Port Plaza is anchored by a 42,112-square-foot-Publix and features a strong lineup of national and regional retailers including Walgreens, Urban Air Adventure Park, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and  Bank of America. Located within the center is the Fortis Institute, a medical training school with over 500 students, and adjacent to the center is the Port St. Lucie Civic Center that hosts year-round events bringing in high visibility and foot traffic. 

The completed project includes the remerchandising of existing small shop spaces and extensive upgrades to the shopping center façade, landscaping, lighting, parking lot, point of entry and signage. Common area enhancements have been made to pedestrian walkways, providing better access to restaurants, shops and activities on site.
