Dickson City Crossings is located in a thriving retail hub with nearly 1.5 million square feet of retail space within a ¼-mile radius. Annually, the center draws approximately 2.9 million visitors from Scranton and the surrounding area. The center is strategically positioned alongside the Scranton Carbondale Hwy, which results in high visibility from over 41,000 vehicles daily.
The redevelopment project remerchandised a former Dick's Sporting Goods and AC Moore into a 41,000 square foot Burlington Store, 19,000 square foot Sierra Trading Post and 20,000 square foot JOANN.
We are currently in the process of remerchandising the former Pier 1 outparcel into a dynamic multi-tenant building. Additional enhancements include new outdoor seating, improved tenant visibility and façade renovations to meet the evolving needs of our shopping community.
