Dalewood I, II, III Shopping Center

Dalewood I, II and III is a complex of three adjacent open-air shopping centers ideally located on North Central Avenue in lower Westchester County, New York. Dalewood serves a diverse trade area that includes the affluent community of Scarsdale, large diverse populations in Hartsdale and White Plains, and benefits from excellent visibility on a highly trafficked commercial corridor.  Stores at the center such as H Mart and T.J. Maxx are strong performers with traffic to these retailers ranking them in the top 25%, 15% and 10% respectively, measured against their peer stores nationally.  

This project remerchandised Dalewood II with a mix of complementary uses and best-in-class retailers. Project highlights include the transformation of the 21,000-square-foot former Mrs. Green’s grocery box into multiple retailers, as well as the remerchandising of a former Rite Aid pharmacy with a 10,000-square-foot Ulta Beauty, a 6,200-square-foot J. Crew Factory, and a 12,490-square-foot Barnes & Noble, plus the replacement of a former Pet Valu with a 3,000-square-foot Paris Baguette.
