Collegetown Shopping Center

Collegetown Shopping Center is situated in the heart of Glassboro’s retail district, with 1M square feet of retail space, and is located less than one mile from Rowan University with more than 16,000 students and 3,600 faculty and staff. Glassboro is considered an up-and-coming town in the Greater Philadelphia Area serving more than 119,000 residents with income and education levels above the U.S. average.

The multi-phased redevelopment transformed the former Kmart building into three junior anchor spaces with the addition of discount grocer Lidl (25,303 square feet), Big Lots (40,000 square feet) and Ross Dress for Less (22,070 square feet). Further strengthening the tenant mix, Chase Bank and Chipotle occupy two of the three newly constructed outparcel buildings. Other property-wide site improvements included LED lighting, façade uplift and landscape upgrades.
