Stacy Koilor

Stacy Koilor has served as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit for Brixmor Property Group since January 2018.

Under her leadership, her team maintains strong risk management and compliance throughout all operations. “Ensuring a sound control environment and collaborating with management to support the company’s commitment to continuous improvement are essential. As a value-added partner, we ensure the confidence of our stakeholders and shareholders, aligning our procedures with the company’s strategic goals while maintaining effective internal controls.”

Prior to joining Brixmor, Stacy held several key roles at Deloitte & Touche , including Advisory Senior Manager while serving clients within the financial services sector.

Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a certified public accountant.

Stacy resides in Philadelphia, her hometown, with her husband and three children. She is a devoted board member of the Home and School Association and School Advisory Council at her children’s schools.
