Sean McLaughlin

Sean McLaughlin has served as Senior Vice President, Data Analytics & Reporting at Brixmor Property Group since February 2023. He joined Brixmor in 2017, and has held several positions, including Director, Financial Reporting and Vice President, Reporting & Data Analytics.

He firmly believes in the importance of quality data to help align teams with strategy, improve collaboration, and make informed decisions. “Quality data enhances decision-making across nearly every aspect of our business. By harnessing digital information, we empower our teams to achieve our goals while supporting our tenants and the communities we serve.”

Prior to Brixmor, Sean served in various audit roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (now PwC) and Ernst & Young LLP (now EY) from 2007 to 2017, focusing on clients in commercial real estate and asset management and including a three-year rotation in London, United Kingdom with PwC UK.

He received two bachelors degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Sean lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and son, and is an avid fly angler.
