James M. Pippis

Jim Pippis has served as Senior Vice President, Property Accounting for Brixmor Property Group since July 2016. He plays a vital function in overseeing all aspects of property accounting, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.

Prior to joining Brixmor, Jim served as Chief Accounting Officer at StoneMor Partners L.P. (now Everstory Partners), where he also took on the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant. He is married and enjoys traveling and listening to all types of music.
