David Gerstenhaber

David Gerstenhaber has served in his current role as Senior Vice President, Head of Leasing at Brixmor Property Group since March 2024. He is responsible for cultivating relationships with national retailers and overseeing leasing operations across the portfolio. Since joining the company in 2006, David has held several leasing positions, including his most recent role as Senior Vice President, National Accounts.

David resides in New York City with his wife and daughter.
