Barry Rodenstein

Barry Rodenstein has served as Senior Vice President, Re/Development Leasing for Brixmor Property Group since 2019.  He oversees strategic leasing that serves as a catalyst for value-add redevelopment projects.

Barry has served in numerous leadership roles at Brixmor including President for several regions.

Before joining Brixmor in 2006, Barry was Vice President of Leasing of Heritage Property Investment Trust, overseeing leasing for a portfolio of 160 shopping centers.  He was also a partner with the Trammell Crow Company.

Barry earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
