Steven T. Gallagher

In addition to his current position as SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, a role he has held since March 2017, Steve concurrently serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Brixmor Property Group as of January 2024. Under his leadership, his team is committed to incorporating the company’s “Our center is you” philosophy into every touch point.

Prior to Brixmor, Steve was Chief Accounting Officer of Netrality Properties. He served as Controller of CubeSmart, a New York Stock Exchange-listed self-storage real estate investment trust, from 2011 to 2015. He also served in various audit roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2005 to 2010.

Steve received a B.S. from DeSales University.
