BRX Takes Texas

The Brixmor team was well represented at ICSC@Red River last week! The Texas team and members of National Accounts gathered in Dallas to kick off the 2025 trade shows.

Wilson Mayfield, VP, Leasing, sat on a panel with peers for the session “Anchor Tenant Dynamics: Capitalizing on Big Box Opportunities,” where they discussed rethinking big box strategies and maximizing shopping center space potential.
